Orders can be placed by phone or e-mail, or simply by using the form below.

We accept US government and state institution official purchase orders. We can process purchase orders from a fax copy.

All orders placed by customers within the United States are to be prepaid unless prior credit terms have been arranged. Payments must be made by one of the methods listed below.

All International Orders must be prepaid by one of the methods listed below.
